Expertise Hub Cooperative strives to establish a dynamic network of professional immigrants, leveraging their often overlooked and underutilized knowledge and expertise in Canada. Our cooperative aims to address both current and emerging needs within the community and across various sectors and industries. This cooperative will serve as a bridge to facilitate the integration of immigrants into the Canadian job market, adopting a lens of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) to dismantle systemic barriers that hinder immigrants’ career success, particularly for those who struggle with the credential recognition process in Canada.
