... a committed policy and research analyst specializing in public and climate policy. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Political Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland, I bring a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience in policy development, field research, and advocacy.

Before moving to Canada, I worked extensively with non-governmental organizations in Ghana. At the Savannah Women Integrated Development Agency (SWIDA-GH), I served as Project Coordinator and later Policy and Advocacy Officer, contributing to initiatives that strengthened community resilience and empowered youth, women, and girls. I also supported youth-led programs as a Project Assistant with the Rural Resilience Foundation and facilitated training programs for secondary school students through CAMFED Alumni (CAMA) in Ghana’s Northern Region.

My research experience includes serving as a Research Officer with Dalberg Research, where I led data collection and analysis projects on climate change, clean cooking solutions, and community development in Ghana’s Greater Accra and Northern Regions. I also worked in the Research Department of Ghana’s Parliament, contributing to diverse parliamentary research initiatives.

At Memorial University, I currently serve as a Research Assistant in the Department of Political Science, where I’ve helped lead a graduate student survey to enhance departmental inclusivity and engagement. Additionally, I am the Assistant Managing Editor of Population and Security, an online magazine exploring the intersections of population dynamics and global security policies.
