Office

... a PMP-certified Program Coordinator, MBA graduate in Social Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, and an advocate for newcomer inclusion through systems-level change. Currently leading the NVOLVE program at the Community Sector Council NL, I design and implement initiatives that connect immigrant talent with meaningful volunteering and leadership pathways across Newfoundland and Labrador.

With a background in business strategy, data analysis, and nonprofit leadership, I focus on building inclusive infrastructures where newcomers can thrive, contribute, and lead. My work is grounded in lived experience driven by both professional rigor and a personal understanding of the systemic barriers faced by immigrants in Canada.

I serve on the board of PMI Newfoundland and Labrador (PMINL), where I advocate for newcomer representation and inclusive leadership within the project management profession. I’ve also cultivated partnerships across government, nonprofits, and the private sector to support more coordinated, community-driven approaches to workforce integration and social innovation.

Whether building a volunteer pipeline, designing newcomer-focused programs, or developing strategies for collaborative change, I bring a deep commitment to equity, care, and collective growth.
