    Office

... a seasoned program coordinator with more than two decades of experience in Pakistan’s non-profit sector, focusing on women’s rights, gender equality, and humanitarian response. I hold a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Karachi, and I bring a wealth of knowledge in designing, managing, and evaluating multi-donor projects that address pressing social and development challenges.

Over the years, I have led national programs on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), family planning, and prevention of gender-based violence, while also training hundreds of women and men on community accountability, disaster risk management, and rights-based approaches. My leadership has extended to major humanitarian crises, including the 2005 earthquake, the 2010 and 2012 floods, and the COVID-19 pandemic response.

I am recognized for my ability to build strong partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and media, advancing inclusive advocacy and evidence-based programming. My professional journey reflects a deep commitment to gender justice, safeguarding human rights, and strengthening community resilience.
